We are thinking about moving to Apollo Beach Fl. there is a power plant.Is this safe to live near?

It is Coal. I hear not safe if coal, then I hear it's ok. So confused. Can I get the correct answer please. It bascially is in the backyard of house (but can't see due to other homes. But about 5 mins by boat.
